Wish I didn't have to make this review since I've had nothing but good experiences until yesterday. I placed an order for drywall delivery on 03/01 for a 03/06 delivery which is 1) my only day off that week and 2) the day before my contractor was getting started on a job for me. Morning of we get an email saying delivery between 8-1230 (perfect) then 2 hours later its switched to the next day.... Mind you I told them I couldn't do Sat bc I have to work and also my contractor is getting started on the job we hired him for. I call immediately to figure out what's going on and they switch it back to 03/06 - of course all day goes by and I hear nothing. So I call at 6p already knowing what they are going to tell me - no delivery coming today. So I ask since I wont be home if we can do Sunday -

Employees are very helpful. They seem to have more employees in the store to assist clients. Good appliances, I've bought all of mine there for years, and a great variety. Always my first choice.

I went to buy kitchen cabinets. They had a much wider selection than the Lexington location or the location by Hanes mall. Reason for giving 4 stars as opposed to 5 was the man that walked by me several times to make sure I wasn't.. I guess putting cabinets in my pockets to walk out with. It was kinda bizarre. An employee coming by to offer me assistance would have been a much more productive way of keeping an eye on me. I will return to this location for any future cabinet purchases.

Oh my goodness, I came in to ask if they had any of the last kids crafts kits left. I had to describe exactly what it was to Sandra the older lady at customer service, she called 2 people who told her they were in fulfillment. She then asked me to wait for her to help the other guests, clearly more important than I was, and then she would go look. Do I waited, for a good while too. The line went away and so I went back and Sandra went to where they always go to look for extra kits, or so I thought. Rather she comes back out with her coat and lunch bag, says she’s going to receiving and that she just needs to put her stuff in her section… lady go to lunch and don’t pretend you’re going to help me or that I will wait another 20 minutes. Just tell me no and let me get on with my evening.
