I recently had a very disappointing experience with Heartland Sheds, contracted through Lowe's. On the day of installation, I was informed that they would not be coming due to an impending hurricane, even though they had knowledge of the weather conditions two days prior. This last-minute communication forced me to empty my storage unit unnecessarily, believing the shed would be installed as planned. When the installation finally occurred, I was shocked to discover that the shed was built two feet off the ground, making it completely unusable for storing essential items like my lawnmower. Despite my attempts to address these issues with both Heartland and Lowe's executive compliance team, my concerns were dismissed. To make matters worse, they are now requesting the second half of the pay

Maria is absolutely beautiful and very professional. Excellent customer service. Tom is outstanding - knows his stuff. I love this store - has the tools for any job during any season.

I was in need of some simple pots for plants I found some basic ones that were marked down. I asked an associate on the price he scanned it and I was told I could not purchase them they need to be destroyed. I asked for a manager he said he was a manager. Such bad customer service. Thankfully Home depot is just down the street! I am sure they are willing to sell what they have on the shelf.

Love Lowe's bwau better than Home Depot. Vclean, welcoming. Always someone to greet you when you walk in. When you need help you don't feel like your bothering anyone when you ask. All associates know where things are. Kingston store is wonderful 😊

I go here once in a while (I prefer Home Depot). As always, there is very little good customer service. Very few employees seem to be happy with their job. Other than that, the store is ok. It's clean and had what I needed.
