We have been regular shoppers here since they opened many years ago. In general, the service has always been excellent - no complaints. Sometimes the staff seems shorthanded. But even then, there is always someone available. The staff here seems friendlier and the products are more "upscale" than what is available at a nearby competitor.

Thalía in the paint department was awesome!! I came in with a color to match and she worked on mixing a color that fit mine almost perfectly! She was nice and patient and great attitude! Give that girl a raise! Gracias! Thalia, Purchased Rosa Mexicano on Jan 15 at 5pm! FYI

LOWES decided a food truck is more important than a space for people with disabilities having parking that allows them the space for their wheelchairs to be deployed.

Terrible!!! I ordered, online an appliance , and drove 30 miles to a Lowe's store to pick it up. I get there to pick it up and get it to my vehicle only to find out it was not what I ordered. I specifically drove to this particular Lowe's because it was the closest store that supposedly had the exact model I wanted in stock. I brought it back inside and waited for several minutes to find out that the model was NOT in stock. Wasted time and money to travel all the way there and they didn't have it.
