Lowe's Home Improvement

I had a really good experience shopping at Lowe’s. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which made finding what I needed much faster. They have a great selection of home improvement materials, tools, and appliances, and the prices felt fair compared to other stores. The staff was friendly and willing to help when I had questions, and I appreciated that they took the time to point me in the right direction. Checkout was smooth and quick as well. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was a bit hard to find assistance right away in some departments, but overall it was a positive experience and I will definitely continue shopping here.

As a Navy Veteran and Lowe’s fan I have spent over $15,000 in the last 2 years remodeling my home through products and supplies from Lowe’s. I have finally finished my home and wanted to explore the outdoor storage buildings with my 4 year old daughter. However when I went into one of the buildings with her- we were chased by aggressive hornets, surrounding a giant, active hornets nest. It stung my daughter on her hand- and I had to immediately seek treatment because it caused her so much pain and swelled so quickly. When I called to let the staff know about the nest- I waited for 30 minutes and was transferred 3x before someone in gardening finally listened to me. I am shocked that the staff were so rude when I was trying to report this matter, I am shocked that this company is so neglige

I hope you know what you need and know where to find it before you go. What little staff was working was unhelpful and honestly ignorant of what I was looking for. At check-out(only self check-out was available, no actual cashiers) the security employee was more concerned with who may be stealing than actually assisting people trying to purchase their required items. Lowe's and their staff and culture is why I prefer Ace or most other small hardware stores. If you want to feel like a criminal and not receive any actual customer service, you'll probably enjoy shopping at Lowe's. Edit: I went back today to look for an item available online and in-stock according to the Lowes website. The product was not where the website said it was and when I asked an employee they were also unable to find

This is really unique and helpful store I came across… during my usa visit I came across this store … this is over 2 lakh+ sq ft wide area offering all the self help, home, garden and mechanical support equipment to choose from. Any craftsman, gardener, technician, home owner can come here and find the best suitable tools and equipment’s they may need

Spent around $15,000 in 3 months, and the customer service representative "Jas" is extremely rude each of the 3 times i had to deal with her for returns. And when pointing out shes being rude, she said we should leave and never come back, so thats exactly what we're going to do. I will never shop at this store again, id rather drive to the home depot or to the Lowes in bartow, I'll happily take my business elsewhere.
