The manager there is very personable and always willing to accommodate, However , none of the employees at this location seemed to smile or say hello... I am used to the northeast El Paso lowe's located on Woodrow Bean where all the employees smile and ask if they can help you with anything.... That doesn't exist at the lowe's in Las Cruces , on 70.... I am guessing that the manager at the Lowe's on highway 70 in Las Cruces, hasn't had enough time for his character and likability to rub off on the employees under him As it did while he was at the Northeast El Paso location...

Self-Checkout is NOT THE ANSWER! I'll get right to it. Over and over and over again, I've scanned my ID and upon the second attempt, it barks, tosses a giant red light as if I really needed assistance, and prevents me (and you!) from moving any further. You literally have to wait while one of up four individuals that watch you like you're attempting to steal every time you approach the area (which is an insult when you make self-checkout the only option) become free from "assisting" someone else who is going through the same stupid issue or acts like they've never used a credit card before. Once I waited for over five minutes. Finally gave up and walked out and left a massive cart with 240 pounds of salt behind for them to restock. Had a great customer service experience with Abram! Put my pipe right where I needed it and did so with a smile. Mohamed was rude to my partner when searching for the right kind of hard wood. Abram stepped up and handled me exactly how I needed it. Best hardware experience ever.

Very disappointed. We purchased a new stove, microwave, and dishwasher during Lowe’s Black Friday sale. We were told everything was in stock and were given a delivery and installation date of 12/8. We even received a text that morning confirming delivery and installation for that day. That day came and went with no delivery, no installation, and no phone call. When it got late, we tried calling the installation company multiple times no answer and no callbacks after leaving messages. When we contacted Lowe’s the next day, the situation only got worse. We were put on hold while they attempted to call the installer, but when no one answered, that seemed to be the end of their effort. You ever go to Lowes and have this experience? No heavy carts all the way from the parking lot to the garden center, so we loaded our garden soil on top of a wire cart, then at the register, the employee supervising the self checkout wasn't even signed in to their end of the Lowes account so we had to wait on them to try multiple times to remember their password, then as we wanted to finally leave the store, the self checkout supervisor was standing in the narrow pathway just talking away with their coworkers. We said excuse me and these people looked at us, said excuse me back, and continued to stand in our way preventing us from leaving the store.
