“Contractor warning for South Jersey investors and contractors.” Very disappointed with Lowe’s delivery service in South Jersey. Order #201575063261583051 was scheduled for delivery on Friday and included framing lumber (2×10s, 2×6s), plywood, and other building materials for an active construction project. The order was not prepared by the store, and I was told the delivery would be moved to Saturday (March 7). Today only part of the order arrived, and now I’m being told the rest of the materials will not be delivered until Tuesday. This kind of service is completely unacceptable for contractors and real estate investors who rely on materials arriving on the scheduled date. The sales girl was fantastic! Super sweet, very helpful, and even helped me load a washing machine i bought even though she was prob only about 4.5 ft tall. Now mind u there was 2 full grown guys standing around doing nothing other than talk and look at their phones while this petite female took the washing machine out on a dolly by herself. She gets 5 stars, lowes gets 4, other employees I seen get 1 star, that is avg of 3.33. But the product itself and price are decent so ima push it to 4 stars. Even though really it should be 3 stars for in store experience.

Just wanted to say that Joe from the Christmas section in the holiday department was a ton of help and a real asset to Lowe's. My daughter has special needs and it can sometimes make shopping a crazy experience, but he came with a smile even after she made a mess of the Christmas toys. He helped us with a tree that was all the way in the delivery area, and had her laughing the entire time with jokes and asking her about what she was getting from Santa. He was great the entire time and even helped load the tree into my car. I don't usually post reviews or call the store with compliments, but I really needed to give this guy and the entire store a gold star 😊

HUGE pothole right be the entrance!! For the whole year!! I hate coming here and hurting my trucks shock absorbers but!! You really have to see those delivery drivers - poor dudes! Lowe’s FIX IT!

Walk in to see 7 smock wearing worker's huddled and then ask where is you're grade 8 hardware?..... completely silent, even heard a smoke alarm chirp!....
