The store manager and employees are extremely helpful with directions to product locations, even walking you to the locations to find specific items. Kind and pleasant employees help us save lots of time. Saved money and recieved one free item during last trip.

On January 23rd, I placed an online order for two 2.1-gallon containers of 4-cycle ethanol-free fuel, designated for pickup at the LAWNSIDE location. Upon my arrival at 9:50AM on January 23rd, I proceeded to the customer service pickup area and provided order number WK14399103. The representative retrieved my order from the holding area and inquired if I desired a physical receipt. I informed her that an email receipt would suffice, as I did not require a paper copy given my awareness of the order details and payment status. I simply verified the presence of the yellow "paid" sticker on the items. As I exited the store, navigating around the customer service area to the main aisle, I found the path past the cashier and self-checkout stations to be somewhat inconvenient.I am writing to requ

Julia in the appliances department is a diamond in the rough. I hope Home Depot truly appreciates what they have in her. She’s friendly and knowledgeable, literally going above and beyond what you typically see these days in terms of kindness and just overall making people feel welcome. We were looking for something but wanted to research before we committed to purchasing such a big ticket item. I can say that because of her, when we have the budget after the holidays, we will be going directly back to her for our purchase. Kindness goes a long way and because of that- Home Depot will be getting our business.

I want to recognize Oscar at the Lawnside Home Depot. I was looking for a seasonal product (the Santa with the reindeer), and they only get a limited amount of them. Oscar kept in touch with me all week, let me know exactly when it arrived, and even put it aside so I’d be able to get it. He didn’t have to go out of his way, but he did. I really appreciate the effort. Home Depot needs more employees like him.

The floor associates were very helpful. It took forever to get someone to assist. Once they came, they were amazing. Literally had to call the store to ask for someone to assist with blinds.
