I love this store But!!! You know the memes that travel around the interweb about the floor employees, it's real. I had to get paint and supplies. I stood at the paint counter for what seems like forever, and the employee who mixed my paint was rude and short with me. Whoever he is either was having a bad day, or is just over his job idk. I still love the store, but where is the professional customer service?

Only thing preventing a five star review is the frequent need to get employees involved in order to obtain the lumber you need. Otherwise everything is good. Customer service is good. Store is clean. Prices are fair. Typically have everything I need for any project I’m working on. Now if I could just remember to get it all in one trip.

Me and my husband came across some of the nicest most helpful employees at this Lawton location. One big strong guy picked our shower base up with one arm and put it on our cart and pointed us to the direction of everything else we would need and another guy came along to help us with drains and plumbing but when it came time to check out we were lost and confused with the self checkout but the nicest lady named Roberta came and helped us get our stuff situated and had some much patience with us, I didn't even want to remodel that day so it was nice to be greeted by great people that day.

Air filter Order recieved, no air flow markings, SI assistance if no assistance, store operator Attempted to connect me to departments that were unable to assist, managers in able to reach, etc

Everytime I go here I have an issue with terrible customer service! I’m a local contractor and spend a lot of money here but tend to avoid going here because of how I’m treated. I had a customer buy a door online and I had to pick it up. Turned into a hour and a half ordeal from incovincing the employees to help me. After the lady restarted her phone for 20 minutes she said my order wasn’t ready. I asked her when it would be ready and she said I could pull it from the store if I really needed it. I asked if she could send someone to help me she scoffed and walked away. An exterior door is pretty heavy btw. After I pulled it myself from the isle and brought it to pick up. I struggled to find an employee to help. (There were plenty socializing or standing around.). Finally found one
