I had a great experience working with Will Morales at Lowe’s. Will was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I needed, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I found the right products without feeling rushed. His positive attitude and strong work ethic really stood out, and it’s clear he takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Had a $8000 order that another store (HD) wouldnt fulfill and have us a hard time with a government card. Called Lowe's, They started pulling stuff before we even got there. Great people to work with. 10/10 would recommend

Management was completely unavailable I came into the service desk and the lady that was their said every supervisor / manager was on do not disturb. Then before arriving to the store I got hung up on by the manager / supervisor jennifer. I had been driving around for 6 hours through four different states to locate a part that I needed.

Can't even use the self checkout without a credit card pitch. Want to be bothered by a third party salesperson while in the middle of a random aisle? Then this is the place for you. Their delivery perks are stuck in the past compared to Home Depot's free same day delivery on out of stock items. Orange side of the fence for me from now on.

We needed a small appliance, but this store didn't carry such items... only on line. The rest of the store was typical and had everything else we looked for. The staff was very helpful and courteous.
