Great experience today had some help from an all-star Lowes team member Brenda she was awesome helping my guys find some needed fence posts. So refreshing to get great customer service for a team member that really care about your Lowes Pro partners. Thank you Brenda

Speaking as a 35 year general contractor & commercial customer. Service has gone down hill. Employees now have l little knowledge or desire to help customers. Still shop there but prefer locally owned stores.

This Lowes location is amazing! It is easy to get to, has plenty of parking, and it is near a Walmart and many restaurants. They offer tool rental and have an extensive plant selection in the garden center. The employees are very kind and helpful and easily found for help.

Wonderful store and even better people working There! Come quite often to see Robin and she always helps With everything I need. Couldn’t ask for a better pro service advisor! JBs a close second. Everyone I deal with there is usually in a great mood and makes my life easier. Lastly love the new carts. Hopefully keep them upgraded. Some stores wait a while and they have square wheels on them

Wanted to a buy a generator. I called the store before making the trek just to make sure they had the item. I sat on hold for 30 minutes with customer service, and I walked into the store still on hold with the customer service desk. The worst part is the generator I wanted was in display right when you walk into the store and within eyesight of the customer service counter. If I hadn’t of actually needed the generator that day, I would’ve walked out and spent my money elsewhere. They couldn’t care less about me spending $1K+.
