We have been coming daily the past few days to pick up odds and ends needed for repair and minor painting of drywall. Also some hardware from hanging a new bathroom mirror.

My husband and I had a very disappointing customer service experience at the Leominster Lowe’s tonight when trying to return extra boxes of Christmas lights. The lights were in the same unopened packaging we originally purchased them in, including the packaging they are shipped to the store in. Instead of asking appropriate questions and handling the return professionally, the customer service rep made snarky, passive-aggressive comments hinting that she thought we were lying about not using them. Once I got home, I called the store and asked to speak with the on duty manager. Unfortunately the same employee we had the issue with answered the phone and questioned why I needed to speak with a manager instead of simply transferring me as I requested, which made me even more uncomfortable gi

Poor quality Kobalt hand tools and ridiculous warranty requirements. The direction lever on the 3/8" ratchet in my Kobalt mechanic set failed and simply fell out. I attempted to exchange the faulty ratchet using the advertised "no hassle warranty" but was told I had to return and exchange THE ENTIRE 250+ PIECES of the set (in the original cheap plastic case). One missing Allen wrench, one missing screwdriver bit, one missing socket and it's NO WARRANTY FOR YOU! What a ridiculous policy, it's almost like they're actively trying to drive customers to the other big box place just a couple of miles away...

Went in today to purchase a new Dryer The sales person Mark was top notch. Very helpful and understanding. We got the dryer cheaper than all others in the area and next day delivery. Thanks again for the great experience. Keep up the good work.

Purchased 7 black bags mulches always on stock Good amazing store I was there this past Saturday really amazing helpful young lady employee name maria at garden was very helpful and kind so I decided to shop some more ! thanks Lowe’s for your kinds employees I will be back soon
