Lowe's Home Improvement

No customer service. The manager of this Lowe’s needs to be fired. Worst Lowe’s I have ever visited. Zero customer service - you wait hours in line to get checked out while a half dozen employees sit and watch you wait. And good luck getting help with finding an item or getting help loading materials - workers here are too lazy to do anything but put in their time and watch shoppers struggle. This town needs a Home Depot.

Don’t open a commercial account with Lowe’s. Never got a single statement in the mail and they’re hitting me with lates fees even though I made payments. Whoever helped me out at the front desk was great today. Assistant Manager on the other hand was not at all. Didn’t even say a word to me and picked up the phone and starts agreeing with everything they say. When someone else came out and even said it could be on them.

I was at Lowes, Lewistown store this morning, 12/01/2025. I wanted to buy a Christmas tree.Your employee, Michael (didn't get a last name) was absolutely the BEST. He helped me get the tree I wanted, took it to my car and put it into the car, very helpful and cheerful.

Usually they have everything we need. Sometimes it is difficult to find and sometimes the employees just seem clueless but usually we figure out what we need and where to find it. Will obviously be back as projects and home improvements still need to be done!

Andrew and Charlie were amazing when we picked up our fencing supplies! They were efficient and conscious of the limits of our vehicles carrying capacity. Charlie's forklift abilities were impressive and the communication between them was top notch. Very nice and thoughtful service!
