Lowe's Home Improvement

Could not provide service for cutting keys that I've gotten done there in the past. Kid was extremely rude about it. After we tried explaining we have blank keys, it's been done at Lowe's several times for us in the past, and we know that things could go wrong (we would've been fine if one key was at least attempted), the lack of even trying sent us straight to Ace hardware. Where you simply just have to sign a form stating if something goes wrong it's not on them. Grabbed two items since we were there and then got hovered over by self checkout. I'll stick to my side of town going forward.

Ok… This is my first time coming to this particular Lowe’s since I live in Chapin and my office is in West Columbia, but I will definitely be coming back here b/c of 2 things. Tammy and Mikayla outside in the outdoor garden section. I have been pulling my hair out trying to find large planters for the front of my office and 2 weeks later, I see one that is the correct size and even though it was pulled as a broken item , Mikayla and Tammy both helped look through the system and tell me the # of them they had in stock as well as the part number to help me locate them. I brought my own tape measure and Mikayla smiled and said it was fine for me to bring it into the store. 10 minutes later, I was walking up front and stopped an employee, Tammy, and asked if I could take it In the restroom,

Abraham and Ethan were very nice and helpful and helped me load 20 bags of concrete. I've never had any issues at this store always great experience and customer service. I went to the one in West Columbia prior to coming to this store since I was over that way already this morning. and Bernice in lumber at the Lowe's in West Columbia/Augusta Road store was unwilling to sell me 20 bags of concrete, get anyone to help me etc. she was very unprofessional even told her we didn't mind waiting. She just kept coming up with excuses trying to defer me from a purchase for whatever reason I'm not sure.

My husband went to see if he could find me some of the wood roses we had been hearing so much about. He got up early so he would beat the crowd. He walked in and found them, picked one of them up and it was promptly snatched out of his hands by one of the employees and was told he could not purchase those and they were saving them to give away later.

Went to this Lowe's today 12/23/25. Found my product and went to the self checkout to pay for my item. I'm a veteran and used the military discount feature. All was going well until I had to scan my license. Twice the scanner didn't recognize the barcode on my license. I called the associate working the self checkout and told her the problem I was having. She scanned it and it went through. I took it from there and paid for my item. Printed the receipt and the military discount was on there. Put the receipt in the bag with my item in the bag and walked out of the store. When I got halfway across the parking lot I heard a female voice yelling toward me. I stopped and this associate told me my transaction didn't go through. I knew that wasn't true and walked back to the self chec
