I visited Lowe’s today and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Precious. She refused to process my return and spoke with a nasty, unprofessional attitude. Someone with that kind of behavior should not be working in customer service. Thankfully, another employee, Moisha, stepped in to assist. She handled my return quickly, professionally, and with a pleasant attitude. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service. Because of Moisha, the visit ended on a positive note but Lowe’s should address the behavior of employees like Precious.

This Lowes never has anyone that can help you. After waiting 30 min for someone to load a vanity, no one showed up. So I loaded this witha boot on my foot and only because it was a great price, they got 2 stars. Im done!

I came in to get an update on my order. When I walked into the appliance area, there was one gentleman already waiting for assistance. I went looking for someone to assist. I found 3 men standing around at the back of the appliance area (with Lowe’s vests one). One of them asked if I needed help. I said yes and he had one of the other guys ‘help’ me. A lady came out from the back of the store and the guy immediately said ‘hey, can you pull up her order?’ She said ‘I’m helping someone but I will assist after. So the 3 guys were of no help really. Then another lady walked by and started to do what she could for me. So thank you to the wonderful ladies (Natasha, Aloha, & Indira) of Lowe’s. Guys…do better!

Well I guess after visiting today I know why people are shopping online more, I needed 6 M8 bolts with the corresponding nuts that are supposed to go with the M8 bolts, after searching ALL the nuts and bolt drawers I see that 90% of the stock either was stolen or the staff are not restocking, so many empty plastic baggies that are labeled for the nuts and bolts I needed but for some reason all I could find is empty plastic baggies. after I was done not finding what I went there for, I asked to speak to the manager, I waited, and waited, waited some more, waited for 20 minutes and manager did not come to speak with me.. and retailers wonder why people shop online more these days, totally unacceptable in my book!!

This Lowes never has anyone that can help you. I went here alots and never really have good experience. Bought something on 2/3 and return 2/5 and they accused me of lying. She ask me if is use,I tell her no and she say is look used. I show her my old one is way smaller and she give me an attitude and shake the item off like is have something on them. After return and I walk away to go find the right size and they talk behind me. I couldn’t find what I look for and ask. A worker tell me is in aisle 30 but I look there few times even some places. Tell me wait till and he call someone and stay till forever and no one show up. Saw someone chase after him and he keep walking the opposite way from me even with my clear action. I’m done and will not go here anymore.
