Lowe's Home Improvement

Lowe’s in Lisbon has some of the nicest and helpful staff! It’s a refreshing change when there is proper customer care! One person who especially stood out was Ayshton (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He went above and beyond and made sure we found everything we were looking for and even offered to help us to the car. He was very polite, personable and ensured excellent customer service! It’s rare these days so he definitely stands out!! He’s an asset to who ever he represents! Thank you for helping us Ayshton!

Lisbon Lowe's has been one of my favorite places to shop for years ....... until recently. The new self-checkout station in the center of the store would have been better designed by two 8 year olds than whosever brainstorm this was. Barely wide enough to fit two carriages across, and only 4 stations total, it's positioned only a few feet from the aisle behind it. There's no longer room for customers to walk through the main front concourse, and customers don't know where to stand in line, because there's no room to form a line. There was a line of people coming from the Pro-desk side, people waiting from the customer service/returns side, and a lady standing in the row in front of the self-checkout entrance. Clean and fresh feeling for a home improvement store. The associates were very helpful during my visit

I went to Lowe's today looking for water filters for my house and refrigerator. I have bought them there many times and know exactly where they are. A store assistant asked if I was looking for anything in particular, I said I was all set. He proceeded to follow me and tell me about a service plan that is better than solar and can lower my electric bill after I said I was all set. Then tried getting me on the Internet to sign up for it, wanted my address and told me he has service agents available tomorrow. I just wanted water filters and had 10 minutes out of my day to spare. I politely told him I had to go and went to home Depot across the street, they had everything I needed and no harassment there!!!!!!

Excellent home goods store. Everything you need for maintenance, repair, decoration both inside and outside can be found there.
