The Home Depot

I’ve been a customer since I bought my house in Norwich ct for this very Home Depot branch. Gardening sales representative advised to buy ryobi electric machines. Bought a lawnmower with home depot warranty, leaf blower and electric trimmer from this very store. I payed with bank card and also cash. Im also a pro account holder. Lawnmower blew up and couldn’t cut my grass anymore. I called Home Depot which is just 10-15 minutes from my home and I couldn’t get help over the phone. I drove down with the machine and sales associate at the customer service desk couldn’t find the receipt for it in the system. They tried to look it up and they couldn’t. They then told me to call home depot warranty department which also asked me for the receipt to file a claim ! The female manager told me to ju

I went to the paint counter on Christmas Eve for a last minute emergency can of paint. The woman working there (I think her name was Tori sorry if I'm wrong!!) was absolutely amazing. She knew the answer to every question I had plus a few things I didn't think about asking. She talked me through the different options and helped me pick what I needed. She was so knowledgeable and efficient and just amazing!!! After the room was repaired and painted my husband actually commented that the paint I picked was really good and we should buy the same kind next time we need paint.

Called to check if they had any hydrangeas left, after long hold, was told by someone who introduced themselves as a manager, they don’t anymore. Just happened to be there few days later - sure they had some left. All on sale. How come they don’t know what they have? My guess, they don’t want to be bothered checking.

Devon was very helpful. I had ordered a rather large item and stood waiting while numerous other employees stood around just waiting to leave for the night. Devon asked what I was needing and he ran it down and delivered it to me right away, even made my wait worth it! Keep up the good attitude!

So had to rent the truck from this location once and the van 2x in the last few months. The experience was wonderful. The gentleman that works in the rental area was very helpful and explained the process in detail. 5 stars Update: Picked up some BEHR paint and bought an appliance to be delivered. Everything went smoothly and quick and the prices were definitely reasonable.
