Best Lowe's to shop at in North Texas. The entire team is always super helpful and really go out their way to assist you. Lowe's is my favorite hardware store as it's the only one with such a variety of Stainless bolts, nuts and washers. Their selection is always on point and never dissapointed me in any way. On Sat December 13tg they gave away their bucket style mugs. Honestly what a nice gift to say thank you for your business

We once traveled to Home Depot for all our needs. However Lowes is just up the street so location is certainly a part of why we go there. I am a veteran and the give an extra 5% off once you register with them. As a gardener there are many reasons to shop here. The garden center is always open and they have for the most part everything I use. As an organic gardner, I have asked management to carry more organic soil amendments and they are slowly but surely getting them. We just recently purchased our new LG washer and Dryer from Lowe's as well. Friendly service and quality name brand products.

I was shocked at how wonderful the customer service was at Lowe's in Little Elm. I was in the tile dept. and the manager Jackie was super friendly, helpful and professional. My second trip back to the store Margie in tile helped me with tile choices and some other items that were in other departments and she actually took me to the other areas to help me find them. There was a new employee Nora who was also helping me and when I asked a tricky question she ran off and got the answer. Seriously, this kind of customer service seems to be disappearing but Lowe's in Little Elm must be spending some very effective time training their employees on customer service and how it should be. I even had 2 stops and customer service, one was a question and another time was a return. Both times

I'm giving them 5 stars... BUT! There's only a handful employees who seem to actually WANT to be there, and the main one is Deidra! She's always SO nice and funny and helpful. She goes above and beyond. She works the customer service / returns counter. Parking is always easy. Finding stuff is a breeze. Plus it's super close to where I live so VERY convenient.

I cannot say enough positive things about the Manager Jordan and Associate Tiffany who helped me get a new washer after getting the run around from the extended warranty program. They went above and beyond to help me! Customer service these days is basically non existent and I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to just walk in and explain my issue and get it resolved. Much appreciated!
