Looking for non carpet flooring and stopped by Lowe’s in Loganville for ideas. Mandy was team member in the department and she was GREAT. Was knowledgeable and VERY personable. She took the time to answer my questions and gave insight for the various brands available. A perfect example for what customer service should be about.

I had reached out to Lowe’s multiple times to get in touch about a rental that the battery kept dying with no response so my only course now is to let everyone know about a horrible service that was provided. We rented a van that kept dying on us left us stranded in the rain. We had to call our own personal road side assistance to get us jump us to get to a safe location. Thinking this was a one time thing we thought it would be safe to continue but then it died shortly after again. When we notified them of the issue they told us it never happened before and we need to bring them the keys as if we had a way to get to the location with a dead car we which was not possible. Came in during the week to grab supplies to paint our son’s room. My husband and myself weren’t sure about a few things but got some great advice from Amy in the paint section. She was knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction. We came back a day or two later and she was there. She remembered us and walked over to ask how our project was going! Out of all the people she must meet daily to remember what we discussed and show interest said a lot about her as a person and employee. Thank you Amy for the pointers and your kindness!

Lowes has proven to be an absolutely dreadful place to shop, and I am done purchasing appliances from them after my experience with a freezer earlier this year. They rely on outsourced delivery and installation services, which vary wildly based on the company they use in your area. The delivery company in my region was simply unacceptable. They failed to show up on one day, were late the next day, and even left my appliances outside in the snow while they wasted time in their truck. I was forced to hook up the washer myself and found that they had cut through the drain tube with their box cutters while unboxing it. It was infuriating. Extremely disappointed with the order-for-pickup system at this location. I’ve had several items either canceled or completely 'lost' in the system after being notified they were ready. It’s resulted in multiple wasted trips where I’ve left empty-handed. Their inventory management needs a serious overhaul.
