I would absolutely NOT get a credit card with this store. For one thing the customer service on the credit card are complete inept and are liars will say they are making notes tis went on for months. Then they lower credit or close accounts. Now, in addition I bought a washer, found out the specs were same as one at other stores including home depot for almost 300 less at those other stores!. the delivery person refused to hook the appliance up and left. This experience with this Lowes credit had been the worse horrible experience as far as a credit line Never ever get a card with that company. In addition they hire horrible moody vindictive unprofessional and dishonest representatives including supervisors and account specialist in thier credit departments (online). Just horrible y

Very slow and unprofessional service. I placed my order in advance so I could just pick it up quickly. When I arrived, it still wasn’t ready—even though it was marked as “ready for pickup.” Nobody seemed to care or take responsibility. Extremely disorganized and disrespectful to customers’ time.

I am please to review that Lowes has certainly picked up its customer service, at least i can tell a difference in the supervisory and management area. Great going. Store is always clean. Products can be found. A couple of months back i had to wait a very long time for a order that was in the store, I had it shipped. But since then, I had no issues. The store has gotten much better as far as customer service. I like that they always a wide variety of items I need Great job guys!

Lowes is the go to place for all your home needs. Not only do they have quality lumber their prices are very affordable as well, the lumber that is not up to standard is relocated to a separate location where they offer it at a way lower price 50, 75 and even 90 percent off they are eager to sell it to make room for additional premium quality wood , as well they offer cull packs this is a variety of lumber sizes, lengths widths and thickness. Not only is this in lumber they do this throughout the store on different items. The staff has been real helpful to assist me in what I wanted to purchase a real big thank you to them. They definitely go above and beyond . A big thumbs up to the lowes and staff for their awesome customer service

I think for the most part Lowe’s is good especially when you have no other options near you. However it’s hard to get someone to wait on you in certain departments and their prices at higher than most.
