I recently visited Lowe’s to purchase a flat iron barbecue as a gift, and since I’m not very familiar with them, I really appreciated the help I received. I wanted a man’s perspective, and the associate who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I believe his name was Ryan, he was wearing a cowboy hat and had a southern accent. He took the time to explain the different options, gave honest feedback and recommendations, and helped me feel confident in my purchase. Another young gentleman also assisted, and together they made the process smooth and stress-free. Ryan went above and beyond by helping me complete the purchase and arranging to have the flat iron shipped directly to my home. The level of customer service was impressive. Horrible customer service. I seems like employees treat Spanish speaking customers like they are less than. Especially since they likely won't call to complain to the store manager or corporate. Omar in particular doesn't know how to speak to customers and has a nasty attitude. We will not be shopping at the Lowe anymore.

Horrible service and experience. I went to purchase my first Christmas tree for our new home, what started off as an exciting event was quickly ruined by this stores horrible customer service. I was over 45 minutes to be helped. I was ignored when I asked for help twice that I had to take matters into my own hands and call the store to speak to a manager, then someone FINALLY came and assisted me. I called their corporate office and left a message and no one’s gotten back to me so I can see the lack of efforts goes all around. The store was not busy as there were multiple employees just standing around chatting, I even saw an employee riding the store cart around the store goofing off. I am Extremely disappointed with lowe' s and their flooring installation service . The hardwood floors were installed poorly-uneven loards, gaps , and sloppy work all around. Whats worse, their customer service was absolutely terrible. no one took responsibilty or retuned my calls. I spent a lot o money Expecting quality , but this has been nothing but stress and regret . I will never use lowe's for my home or my busniss Again.
