Glad to visit the Madison Heights Lowes. Good selection of flooring tiles. There were not many employees around the bath department. Fast checkout. Nice clean store.

My lowes ID didn't work at the register, didn't automatically apply veteran discount as usual in other Lowes locations, had to show ID, just inconvenient. Had purchased pillows and counter area had dirt, so it was difficult to hold merchandise and show ID Products were great.

We have been shopping at Lowe’s in Madison Heights Virginia, since we moved here over seven years ago. We have not had any bad experiences. We would like to Recognize, Jason, this guy goes above and beyond for his customers. It awesome when you come back in and he remembers you. Not many places are like that. Zac, he helped us to get our sink and all the extras we needed. He walked us up front when going. Then Austin, checked us out. Haven’t seen such a polite young man in a long time. Acknowledged us from the time we were getting ready to check out, offered his services to help. We definitely have our go to store when we need anything !!! we were there on Halloween 2025 in the evening, got awesome help from Tyler, thanks for great help. it is amazing this day and age to get a kind person to help ya out. went over and beyond to assist us in getting items for our new home, traveling around the store, trying to make sure that what needed ('cause online it was said that the item was there) so we found what we needed and he helped us out, so thankful. glad for the kind folks and helping us make this new home way awesome!!
