I was racially profiled by Kathy at self check out. I was buying indoor plants and found a few in the clearance section. She walked up to me and said “do you need help” and I said no. She again said “do you need help scanning?” And I said no. She got some girl to start scanning. So I said I didn’t need help but go ahead. We were literally in line at self check out for almost 20-30 minutes. Not only did they not know how to adjust the prices for the clearance plants but they created a massive line! I have been in customer service for over 13 years! You don’t ever treat customers like that. I guess they have discounted their checks in the past for people stealing. Talk about a bunch of clowns

I am employed by JES Foundation Repair and make frequent trips for tools and supplies and love the service from the Pro Desk and Claude especially. Today I was shopping for a piece of exterior carpet for my patio and was greeted by Edwin also from the Pro Desk whom I had not yet met. Edwin listened as I described what I was looking for, took me to the location of rolled carpets that matched my description, answered every question I had and presented exactly what I was looking for. He was very skilled with the cutting machine. Perhaps most of all Edwin was extremely personable, very sharp and made the whole experience truly enjoyable. Good job and thank you.

I bought a Husqvarna chainsaw on June 27, 2025. On the evening of July 1, 2025 I got it ready to use. Went to use the pull starter and the string just came right out of the machine. Took it back to Lowe’s in Manassas tonight which is July 3, 2025 and was told I couldn’t return it Because I only have a 48 hour return policy so I would have to call customer service which of course, customer service won’t answer the phone. I spent a good bit of money on this chainsaw. It was defective, and I’m not able to return it. That’s bullshit. If I would’ve known that, I would’ve had to go through a whole bunch of other garbage with a defective item instead of just swapping it out or trading it in to get a new one, I would’ve never bought from Lowe’s at all. I first went to the Lowes in Woodbridge Va for a Moen Faucet that was on sale, it said they had 3 in stock but couldn't locate them. The young lady who helped me located 5 at the Manassas VA store. We placed a phone call to the Manassas location and they confirmed they had it in stock and pulled one off the shelf to be help at customer service. I was told that the price would be honored at Manassas. I then drove 40 minutes to that location and proceeded to buy the faucet, when I noticed the price was higher I asked for them to price match the Woodbridge store and online price as I was told they would. Absolute nightmare. I recanted my 5 star and now give one. I called ahead to ensure they had ice melt. Online showed in stock. 199 bags! Sayed a team lead answered and confirmed. He said, "we have plenty, I saw it myself". I went to the store and Sayed was at the customer service desk. He pointed me in the right direction but to my surprise, there were only two bags and both were torn spilling a total of about a 1/3 of the bag onto the pallet. I needed it for a handicapped individual so geabbed them knowing they give discounts for damaged items. I also grabbed 6 bags of water softner pellets. 6 or more allowed for a 10% discount.
