The staff for so helpful. I got what I needed and it was better than what I had envisioned. Highly recommend this place. And the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Good evening, I just wanted to acknowledge an amazing experience I had working with Chad at this store. He was the most kind and helpful person I have EVER dealt with any any Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards etc. As a construction business owner I am constantly in different stores buying materials. And I rarely ever leave reviews of any kind. Chad came up to me in the flooring area and offered to check me out at his register. I told him I had to go to the front and he offered to push my cart up as well as ring me up. After that, he offered to help me load my materials in my car. Whatever you do, please keep Chad around! I will definitely shop at Lowe’s more often because of people like him. Someone higher up that than the store manager please acknowledge Chad for going above and beyond what

I ordered online to pickup at the store. I did get an email saying my item was ready to pick up. Just go to the store, Park in the pickup space and let them know you're there. Except that feature didn't work. It kept saying they can't find my order. So I went inside. The employee couldn't get my order by pulling it up with the order barcode. But did find it with my phone number. He brought it out to my truck. It was over 100 lbs, so he brought another helper, than to have me help. That was very thoughtful! Both employees were very kind and helpful. They took the time in our below freezing weather to look over my fridge (at my request), to be sure I wasn't bringing home one that was banged up. Update: No apologies were given no assistance was offered. We cancelled the sale and asked for our money back and they did so with no response. We asked for a call from the manager and never received one. Don’t need one at this point either. Even more disappointed with this situation now, especially since the help website provided by the owner was not working. The kicker is they couldn’t even refund our money back immediately because we paid part in cash and part with our card. They now have to send us a check and it will arrive whenever. Not to mention this refund could have been handled over the phone but instead we were forced to waste more time and money driving to the store in person. Waste of everyone’s time. I will never shop here again. I purchased a washer and dryer. They scheduled delivery for the wrong day. I scrambled to make it work, then they showed up with only a washer, telling me I had carried out the dryer. I called and the manager very rudely told me the resolution was "out of her hands" because they needed to check the security tapes. They told me they would call me that evening. They did not call me that evening or all the next day. The third day, I called in the morning and the employee told me he was busy with something else and would call me back. No call back for three hours so I called and talked to the store manager. Found out they had refunded the washer because the delivery people said it wouldn't fit (not true, I refused the partial delivery). There was no explanation or
