Great people patient always in order. Everyone’s always helpful especially this staff never have any problems with anyone here. If you have issues with anything, purchased here and have a receipt they easily return and your credit post on your card or however, you paid as long as you can show proof nothing but good things to say about the Lowes on better great spot highly recommend recommended.

I would like to recognize Mr Sean Carl Carson for the outstanding customer service I received today from the Marrero location. I arrived frustrated due to the warranty company for giving me the run around for three months on my washer. Mr Sean took charge of the situation and reconciled my issues right away. Thank you sir for your patience and understanding. I arrived frustrated and left happy due to this gentleman and his outstanding service.

I went to Lowe’s in Marrero on Sunday and had a wonderful experience. The worker who helped us was so helpful and nice. Her first name is Amber, not sure of her last name. I feel she deserves acknowledgement for her kindness.
