I can't say enough great things about the amazing team of Chris and Nicole at Octopools! They have been caring for my pool for 3 years and I could not be more satisfied. My pool is always pristine with their weekly maintenance and they always ensure the equipment is running well. The pool equipment is located on top of the garage and not once have they complained about traveling up a ladder. We were losing water today and Chris spent an hour of day in 95 degree heat fixing the problem. Highest recommendations!!

Nicole and Chris are an amazing couple, i had a problem with my new pump i had bought, it wasn’t working properly, i called Octopools and they said they would be there that same day! A soon as they arrived they greeted me and my wife n started working on fixing my pump right away. I would recommend them to everyone who needs pool services, the are wonderful!

Chris and Nicole really helped us out of a pickle when we had lots of construction debris fall into our pool and really muck up our new equipment. I had suspected this was why my equipment wasn’t functioning properly and they were able to come in, pinpoint the issue and get us back up and running quickly. Thanks guys! Great work!

It has been a long road to find Chris and Nicole. My first pool company stopped doing business in New Orleans after Katrina and I've been searching ever since! Something about the pool business - none of the service companies know anything about customer service. But now I found Octopools! After a problem install of a new motor with no help from the last tech, I texted Nicole who responded immediately. Chris came by a couple of days later, gave me a quote and came back a few days after that to fix my issues. I think I may be on the road to recovery from my pool tech PTSD!
