This Lowe’s on s always fantastic. No matter which department I shop in they actually have stock. Today I had to pick up some sample paint, which seems overwhelming. The worker in the paint department was extremely patient and kind.. after he mix my paint, he said “ohhh,I think you’re gonna like this!” That little gesture means a lot. The world moves at such a fast pace. It’s nice to have some human interaction.

I don't recommend this store. Their employees are untrained and broke my windows. Because of the delay, I ended up paying almost 2k more on my project and Lowe's doesn't feel that this is their problem. I got a lowly 50 dollars in Lowe's gift cards for my trouble. Doesn't Lowe's say they care? They know that this is wrong. I've been chatting with Lowe's corporate and they won't do anything about it. They used to give a hoot and compensate for losses if it was their fault. I know because I've known many people who work for Lowe's. I commend all of you who ban this store. Home Depot is only a mile away!

I am writing to detail a serious complaint about both Lowe’s discount policy and, more urgently, the unprofessional and potentially criminal conduct of an employee at your Matamoras, PA store (#1952) on September 15, 2025. On that date, I attempted to purchase a 5-gallon container of Cabot semi-transparent deck stain. This followed a $1,245 purchase of the same product on September 9, for which an in-store discount was applied and delivery arranged to my secondary residence. Due to an error in Lowe’s online ordering system—where the platform locked in an incorrect billing address and would not allow edits—my valid Visa card was repeatedly rejected online. Somewhat newer Loews with very large parking. Parking lot is maintained along with outside buildings taken care of. Just Lowe's does not have the new smart home extension what does have some of the nicest staff and always gets your internet order right the first time you'll find the inventory to be very spot on in the store. All staff wears the same uniform and is very attentive with a smile on their face

Stopped today to get some flowers for my hanging baskets. Individual plants were a little pricey for me. However, they had a nice basket that would have been around $30 if I purchase the plants individually, but buying it as was, it was only $16. I am very happy with them. Staff was very friendly. Overall, it was a good experience. Need to get bigger cocofiber liners.
