I cannot say enough about Felix at Home Depot! From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. But what really made my day unforgettable was when, in the middle of our shopping trip, he spontaneously started singing Mariah Carey’s Christmas songs with me—full-on holiday spirit, right there in the aisle! Felix doesn’t just assist, he brings joy, laughter, and a little bit of magic with him. After this experience, there’s no way I’m ever going to Lowe’s again. Home Depot has Felix, and that’s all I need!

Felix at Home Depot is an absolute legend! Not only did he help me track down everything I needed with ease, but he also turned the aisles into a mini concert by singing Mariah Carey’s Christmas hits with me—full-on holiday cheer in the middle of shopping! Honestly, this kind of energy deserves more than just a thank you—this boy needs a raise! After an experience like this, there’s no way I’m ever going to Lowe’s again. Having absolutely the worst experience with Ryobi tools warranty department. It’s been 3 months or more since initial claims submission without any resolution. At one point they did provide a warranty shipping label without me realizing it. By the time I discovered this fact the label expired. Reaching out back and submitting numerous warranty claims are so much of my time and energy that it’s much easier just to buy a new product or ordering parts and fixing tool myself. Seriously considering selling my tools and switching to a more reliable brand.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Madamoris PA Home Depot. There has never been a time that I have gone or someone has not offered to help me. It is the easiest shopping experience for someone who knows nothing about tools, etc..
