Lowe's Home Improvement

This was our fourth home improvement store in two days searching for the right flooring. It was the first where an employee, Ryan, proactively offered help as we entered the flooring section. I provided the item number, and Ryan quickly located it on his handheld device, guiding us to the three boxes on the top shelf—impossible for us to find alone. He confirmed sufficient inventory (over 108 boxes), then used a forklift to combine two open boxes into the one complete box we needed. Ryan’s pride in delivering quality service truly stands out. A+++

This is my go to place for all home renovation projects. Always stocked with many options and good prices. The staff is very helpful when you need to find something or have questions about your project. Could be busy over the weekend but if you plan it well it will work smooth. The garden center is a must see if you need any yard work or new plants.

I just wanted to share what amazing customer service that I received today at the Lowe’s on 121. There’s a gentleman back in the hardware department named Tim. Tim is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Tim has helped me before and it’s worthwhile for me to driving out of my way to go to this Lowe’s for the wonderful customer service! Great job guys!

What a bunch of non customer service having workers. I was in shopping & because it was 5-10 minites to closing they immediately kick everyone out of the store at 10pm. What in the actual!? Took off his vest i guess because it's closing he's off the clock.
