I spend way too much money here, but there is a reason. The humans who work there are kind, helpful, and responsive. The prices are reasonable and I rarely go online to find something that costs less not competitors as they seem to not be able to compete. As far as their main competitor h. Depot I wouldn't use them if you paid me as they were a major contributor of project 2025. Lowe's gets extra points from me as they are barefoot friendly.

This store is the most atrocious example of customer service I have ever encountered. I came to the store 3x to spend $1000 on a new tool box and nobody was willing to help me order the one I wanted. Numerous times I have went there to buy products for my woodworking and I almost always encounter an excuse as to why they CANNOT help or they are flat out annoyed by the need for assistance. This place needs some serious work on their culture and customer service training. It is fine when someone doesn't have the product knowledge but they should always be willing to find an answer for a customer. This is a culture issue across the board and that starts from the top, in my opinion. Then I was charged 4x for the items when I did it online, which was then reduced to 2x and when I called in the

Whenever we saw an employee they would ask if we found what we were looking for and with genuine smiles on their faces. Checkout went smoothly and the gentleman asked my husband if he was a veteran and he gave us the discount, even signed my husband up for the veteran discount, never had that happen before. All in all was a great experience overall.

They have most of what you need, but never everything, and it's generally overpriced and impossible to find anything without some help, about 50% of the time when you get help the employees are actually knowledgeable about the product or it's implementation. About 75% of the time the inventory is incorrect and they don't have what they say they do. If you need actual help learning how to fix something go to Grover. Lowe's stores are convenient for a number of random things, but not reliable as a one stop shop for everything no matter what type of project in my experience. I'm going to have to go to Grover to get something Lowe's doesn't carry and Home Depot to buy certain items that Lowe's has way overpriced. Three stars is generous.

Ordered a shower door online and paid $79 for delivery. It was the wrong size. Had to hire someone to return it to the store and ordered another shower door and again paid $79 for delivery. I refused delivery as it was badly damaged. Again recieving a rufund for the door but not the delivery charge and they want me to pay another $79 for delivery to order the door for the 3rd time. That would be $237 delivery fees for 1 item assuming it arrived in usable condition. Will shop at Home Depot from now on.
