We had the best experience at Lowe’s thanks to Brian Sr and the team! We were working on a huge project and Brian Sr went above and beyond to help us find everything we needed. He didn’t just point us in the right direction — he personally walked to different aisles with us, made helpful recommendations, and gave us great advice that made our project so much easier. Brian Sr and Rodney even helped us push our very full carts to the front of the store, which meant so much considering how many materials we had. That level of hands-on customer service is rare and truly appreciated. Zach was amazing as well! He was incredibly polite and joyfully helped us load a large amount of materials without hesitation. His positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Hands down the best Low

The garden center checkout is horribly slow. Why on earth the cashier is chatting about random stuff after the transaction for minutes with a long line of people waiting with filled trolleys is beyond me.

Very upset about store's apparent return policy change. Unable to return $22 item as its been over 90 days. Original packaging, perfect condition. I've spent tens of thousands here over last 10 + years as a homeowner. I will now be switching back to their competitor just for the inconvenience and lack of business judgement. I certainly understand retail stores needing to cut fraud and theft, but this is ridiculous. Bad business practice! Happy Holidays to you, too!

Had an issue with my lawn mower and warranty. Spoke with Angel L and she was AMAZING! Hands down best communication and problem solver. So polite and on my side the whole way. Found the best solution for us.
