I’m not disappointed with the staff at Lowe’s, but of the products and service. I have been a loyal Lowe’s customer for years but in past 3 years I have been screwed. I purchased a refrigerator in July and went out by October. They could not exchange due to past 90 days, had to go through supplier. They sent out repair guy, motor, compressor and something else had failed. Instead of replacing had to get parts. I was out of a fridge for 3 months thru the Holidays only for them to refund my money in Jan. But like I said staff was great. Then purchased a Whirlpool Washing machine that lasted 1.5 yrs, of course warranty was up. When did appliances only last 1 year. Used to have them last 10 to 15 years…..Now they disappointed me again..purchased a new washing machine was told they would delive

I had the best experience at Lowe’s! The guy working there was absolutely amazing — truly the best. He guided me perfectly in choosing the right washing machine and explained everything I needed to know about it. The biggest plus was that he didn’t try to upsell me at all; he was honest, helpful, and genuinely focused on what I needed. I’m very happy with everything that took place. Highly recommend!

Everything about this Lowes is fantastic; the return process is quick & easy, employees are accessible and typically offer to help, check out is quick -albeit too automated, supplies are always stocked, store is organized, isles are usually clear, carts are available -not scattered all over the parking lot, and prices beat out other hardware stores. My well-behaved dog that fits in the cart likes it too.

I placed an order online and the order was canceled at no fault of my own but they still took my money. NOBODY could provide me with an solid answer for what happened. Cool, ok I will go in and place the order but my problem is you all took that much money and I have NO order?? I went into this store, ask for a manager. One of Lowes store managers came out, hands in pocket did not pull up or look up the order but just stood there and said, "I'm sorry, I don't know NOTHING (not going to even check on it) but I heard that this happens sometimes, you will get your money when you get it. He was not mean, but just did not GAF, and I mean at all! Even if you could not do anything, you could have at least pulled up my order to take a look but NOPE not all all! SO PROFESSIONAL! Yanette, is the best seller in this place. She is super fast, always is on top of everything. If you need help in this place, ask for her, 100% recommend.
