Lowe's Home Improvement

Had a curbside pickup for a work bench and I was under prepared for how much space the sealed box would occupy. I was helped by Rob, Nyone and Nakita. They were very patient and helpful. Didn’t give up and helped me move things around in the minivan so that we could get the massive box in the back. They worked in the cold and patiently waited while I moved stuff around and tried again and again until we got everything packed up back in my minivan. 5 stars all around! This is why I come to Lowe’s. For the know how and the awesome customer service. Thank you!

I placed online order because it was in stock and available for in-store pickup. Received the "Ready for Pickup" email, so I drove 30 minutes to the store, wasting gas and over an hour of my time on a weekday. When I got to customer service, they scanned it and immediately said, "Oh, that order was cancelled." No explanation, no apology, just a flat statement. I checked my email and account and no cancellation notice whatsoever. Nothing. They had zero record of notifying me, yet the order magically disappeared from their system. To make it worse, when I asked to speak to a manager about what happened (and why I wasn't informed), the manager came over and was openly rude and dismissive. I didn't find what I was looking for, but...it's huge and well-organized, and since I needed soil and substrate for my plants and orchids, I was fascinated by the gardening section.

My husband ordered rugs online and sent me to pick them up. Jacquon came out and asked if I needed help before I could even take a breath. He looked up our order and grabbed a cart. I asked if I could bring my car around and would he help me load the rugs in. He and Rob made quick work of loading up the car and were kind, personable and professional.

Love lowe's, they have what I'm looking for for Home Improvement and more when I visit. I enjoy shopping the store, it has a friendly atmosphere. The reason for three stars is I'm disappointed extremely regarding how they dispose of dead or dying plants. Plants are alive, like people, and shouldn't be thrown into the trash. I'm going to figure out who I can talk two within the laws hierarchy to fix this. It doesn't cost anything to dispose of plants in the way where they can become beneficial to the environment. Instead of throwing them on the trash find better ways to recycle them back into the Earth. Even if you dump the plants on the grass areas around the store, that gives them a chance to decompose naturally instead of throwing them in the trash and they serve no purpose SMH I can't b
