DO NOT EVER BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM LOWES. THEY WON'T HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. I bought a Frigidaire fcfg3062as gas range and it had a defective oven burner that spewed raw gas into my home, causing a Life Safety Hazard. Lowes must have known. One of the associates let it slip that Lowes was issued a DO NOT SELL order on this range, but it was sold to me anyway. I brought the issue to the appliance mangager several times and pleaded with them to help me get the issue resolved. The most I got is yah, yah, yah, we'll see what we can do. They helped me with NOTHING. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT LOWES AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. PS, Please don't respond to this post with the same B.S. I got from the Lowes manager. Regards,

Purchase new washer and dryer. Paid to have it installed and old washer and dryer removed. Worst installation ever. Did want to remove old units. Wanted to dump and run. I will never buy from Lowe’s again

Came in looking for a washing machine with a very specific list of features, Janice spent over 30 minutes trying to help me find one that checked every box. She was so informative with pricing and installation services as well. Very grateful for her time and patience!

For years I’ve been shopping at Lowe’s exclusively until a few months ago. 3 years ago I bought a refrigerator, it stopped working and I called someone to look ok at it and repair. It was dead. I went to Lowe’s to buy a new fridge and asked if they could discount the price it cost me to pay the repair man to come ($160) or at least include the warranty at no cost. Considering the fridge only lasted 3 years, I thought this was a reasonable request. They refused to negotiate anything. I brought the receipt to show them when I purchased the original fridge and other receipts from many other appliances I’ve purchased but to no avail. Clearly they don’t care to keep loyal customers. I will never shop there again.

I wish I could rate this lower than one star but I can’t. I’ve never had a more difficult time trying to return something at this Milford Lowe’s. This item was handed to me broken. What I bought was on sale during Christmas season I tried returning it and exchanging it for a new one. Milford employee’s were no help. They made me go to the Framingham location told me none are in stock when Milford said they did have them in stock and online was showing that they had 7 of them in stock. Framingham Lowe’s was even worse than this one. I wanted to simply exchange it for a new one without paying the full price than what it originally is. I will never step foot in a Lowe’s ever again.
