Lowe's Home Improvement

I've been going to Lowe's for years now and they're a solid option for home improvement. They sell quality products at reasonable prices and in some ways they're better than Home Depot. I personally prefer Home Depot's brand selection a bit more, but Lowe's has decent brands and competitive pricing. Customer service is reliable and the store is well-organized. I'd recommend them, especially if you want to compare options between the two big hardware stores.

Absolutely AVOID THIS STORE!!! Terrible customer service!! Paid an arm and leg for doors called 2 days ago and they didn’t state they would be late. I have someone coming to set my doors money on the line and have paid for said door for 2 months I do not have. They state now they would be late. No call, no email or text. I call them and someone says she is trying to help then hangs up on me. I don’t even know if these doors will be correct when I do receive. What a mess, and terrible service. Go elsewhere!!!!

My experience at the Millville NJ Lowe's was speedy thanks to the courteous and professionalism that Amanda provided. She went above and beyond with directing me the exact row I needed for the electrical item I purchased. Amanda should be promoted to regional manager and given a sufficient raise for what she brings to Lowe's.

Should have been a 5☆. Ask associate if they had any more, he checks and said no. Went to customer service to ordered some, they said they have 7 available. Ask customer service instead of store associate on the floor.

Absolutely horrible experience. Bought a shower stall kit they had on display. When the door came it was the complete wrong size. The customer service lady then stated that the shower door I need does not exist in their stock. And if I wanted to get a door it would be a month wait and I would have to settle for a door with a different finish then everything that I had already installed. After waiting 4 weeks for a solution after getting blown off by the managers at the store. Leaving me wait for over 30 mins on multiple visits. I just canceled everything from Lowe’s and I am forced to use a sower curtain instead of a glass door. Absolutely avoid this store.
