Bought this microwave from this Lowe’s in December right before Christmas, finally had time to put it in about 2 weeks later for it to work once then stop working. Contacted Lowe’s and they only have 48 hour return window! Told by them I had to go through Samsung Warranty, and then had to wait another 2-3 weeks for someone to come out only to not be able to fix it and have to order more parts and wait another week for someone to come back. This is completely unacceptable for a BRAND NEW APPLIANCE! I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYMORE APPLIANCES AFTER THIS DISASTER! Be ware! Update 2/7 they finally found and fixed the part needing replaced but put it back up crooked and bent. I’m so disgusted with this entire experience. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THROUGH LOWES OR SAMSUNG EVER AGAIN!

If you're thinking of doing a flooring project with this Lowes store (Modesto, CA - Pelandale) or their installer Keller (Stockton, CA) do yourself a favor and run as fast you can to somewhere (anywhere) else! Our project was measured at a little over 2,500 sq ft almost 5 weeks ago. Turn the clock to install day (today) and some 40+ phone calls to everyone from the Lowes Online Sales department, Lowes Flooring in-store, Lowes store management, Lowes shipping/receiving, Keller Install and then add in another 25+ emails and at least that number of text messages only to find out the promised and scheduled delivery of flooring product isn't happening. $20,000 doesn't get you much more than a massive headache and disappointment with Lowe's and Keller. Spoke with lady who stated her name was shady who refused to let me speak with the manager. She stated the manager was Richard smith or swift but would not confirm then stated she could not give me of the address of the location in Modesto I was speaking to. If you’re looking to get a quick and easy delivery this is not the place to go. Ordered a washer and dryer from Lowe’s on the 29th was supposed to receive the washer and dryer days later when being delivered it was broken in the process the delivery company stated it would be delivered Thursday I called to confirm and they stated it would be delivered they then changed it to tomorrow 12/8 with no phone call or update on the the change date yet again 12/13 I called to speak with Lowe’s with the concerns of my appliances not being deli

I recently went through a return process at Lowe’s, and I have to say that Brittany and Erika provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Brittany went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and efficiently, while Erika’s friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. Together, they made sure my return was processed correctly and that I left completely satisfied. It’s rare to encounter a team so dedicated to customer care—Brittany and Erika are perfect examples of what excellent customer service should look like. Their succulents are nice and I usually buy some whenever I go visit. A variety of Klein tools for sale as well.
