When I asked Chris( the guy in the lumber desk area) about the lumber I needed cut with their cutting service, he said the saw was broke and I should buy a saw to cut it! Worst Lowe's ive ever! Employees are as useful as a bag of rocks. Everyone standing around talking. NO ONE at the pro desk to cash you out. Only good Employee is a young red head woman. Horrible inventory, everything is a mess. SAVE YOUR TIME, GO SOMEWHERE ELES

My online account shows that I have $35 in lowes reward points that are expiring today 1-8-26 however I was told since my account is closed I can't use the points I earned. However they want me to still pay on the account. That isn't right is it?
