Actually, I would like to give a -5 stars. The website says they have something in stock. When I tried calling to verify the product was actually here, the phone rang about 40 times. This has occurred numerous times. And the AI assistant, what a joke!!!! Taking my business elsewhere.

We ordered a refrigerator the sales person showed us but when it was delivered it was not the one I ordered so I called Lowe’s and for $318 more I can have the refrigerator I wanted so I paid for it I went into the montoursville pa store the salesperson admitted she ordered the wrong one so we talked to the manager his name was Pat he said he would take care of everything well my new refrigerator was delivered today and no phone call from Pat who assured me he would make it right so I will be shopping anywhere else but Lowe’s and the delivery men did not leave user manual

Seems like workers don't communicate or something you get wood from the reduced rack then go to pay an they look at you like your crazy it's like don't you kno they mark damaged wood down instead of throwing it out byt no they don't then you got the line backing up ppl getting mad no cool. Also they try everything to not honor the craftsman an kobalt hand tools life time warranty

Zero star … this store compared to Home Depot is night and day… no one knows anything at Lowe’s and u gotta hunt for someone to help you and no one works a register so lazy… at Home Depot there are a lot of employees waiting and wanting to help .. overall Lowe’s just sucks and needs to go bankrupt and let Home Depot take over the home improvement stores worldwide …. Lowe’s sucks

Ordered a door that cost me over $1000 witch they delivered damaged. Called to see what they could do for me and to my surprise not a damn thing. So I would highly recommend Home Depot. Don't give this place your money. Guess I will be fixing my new busted up door on my dime. Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!
