Extremely Disappointing Customer Service! We had a store-issued Lowe’s gift card from a previous return (a lawn mower that came with an unsharpened blade). We held onto the card for a couple of months while deciding what we wanted to purchase. Today my husband went into the Mooresville Lowe’s to buy some touch-up paint and a drywall repair kit. He had everything picked out and was ready to check out when the cashier told him the card “wouldn’t work” and that he couldn’t verify the numbers. Instead of offering any help or suggesting a solution, the response was simply: “Sorry, you’ll have to call Lowe’s.” There was no attempt to send him to customer service, no effort to look it up in the system, and no willingness to help resolve the issue in-store. We were fortunate to find Luke, he motivated us to get everything at Lowe’s. Very knowledgeable and assisted us with all questions, helped us with the matching pieces and his input was very valuable. He is a veteran, great guy. Kudos for Luke!

From Nathan and Marlo at the pro desk, to Kevin and Dustin helping load everything, I had a great experience. I was sent to get 30+ stones in a Honda Civic and these guys didn’t bat an eye. Super friendly. I would’ve really struggled without them.

Ordered an item for pickup for the recent winter storm. The item was ready for pickup within 30 minutes and was available in a locker. Went to the store locker area and put in the code. There was my item. The whole online order and pickup process were smooth and easy. Great fast service. I will use it again and recommend it.

I would never buy another appliance from Lowe's. 2 Delivery men came basically threatened us to give them a tip. Wash machine has never worked from day one. Called and someone that sounds from China said we would have to pay for service call even though it was under warranty. No help from Lowe's store either.
