I went to Lowe’s in Morganton to get winter supplies and Jeremy was at the entrance when I walked in and asked if he could help me. So courteous and helpful. Jeremy made my day a little better! Thank you Jeremy kudos to you Lowe’s is lucky to have you !

BUYER BEWARE! 48 hour return policy applies to: Major appliances Air conditioners and evaporative coolers Paint sprayers Portable generators, pressure washers, chainsaws and pole saws Gave a pressure washer as Christmas gift. Opened for first time six weeks later. Did not work. Store management told me to call manufacturer when I requested an exchange due to the 48-hour rule (impossible to meet that when purchasing a gift item). Horrible customer service. Done with Lowes.

On stars is more than fair, if I could I would put zero stars apparently “Lowes “ is not a corporation and prices are not honored on a Black Friday even after they charge your card. I order the 4 dewalt batteries 20v for $100 great deal.. but for some reason it was canceled due to price error. That being said I ordered the same batteries at a different Lowe’s during Black Friday and that sale was honored to be picked up at a different date. When I talked to the store why my order was canceled they had no idea, and then being referred to another number they said it was a price error which I told them I had already ordered it at another store which doesn’t make sense since Lowes is overall the same corporation but can’t honor a deal even couple dollar difference. Completely ruined my Christm

Up here from Atl to see my mom and needed a step repaired on her deck, bought one piece 12 foot lumber and needed 2 cuts on it. Lowe’s responded our saw is down, and I had asked if there was a hand saw anyone could use no one even tried or asked, this is why I canceled my Lowe’s membership

Absolutely horrible service went to the store four times to get a lot key and nobody is ever there to do. It would be a great place for a Home Depot.
