I am consistently impressed with the service at Lowe's in Mount Dora, Florida. Every visit reaffirms their exceptional customer care. Jessica, who has been with Lowe's for about five years, has assisted us multiple times and demonstrates an impressive depth of knowledge about the products. She always takes the time to ensure that all our questions are thoroughly answered. Additionally, Wendy and one of the store managers provided us with outstanding service. Thank you, Lowe's, for maintaining such high standards in customer service!

Apparently I am not alone in my disappointment with Lowes 48 hour return policy on power tools. I purchased a paint sprayer which we ended up not needing for our project. I attempted to return the sprayer which was unopened and in its original packaging with a receipt, only to be advised of the 48hour return policy. 12/3/25 update Lowes customer service team responded to my review saying they wanted to “help out and ensure you’re taken care of” I called the number they advised- but the customer service representative was not helpful. Instead of helping they simply repeated the 48hour return policy and the decision would depend on the local store. I suggested that if a refund was out of the question . At least issuing a store credit would be acceptable/ but she responded that there was not

What amazing service I had tonight with Jake, Lena, and Jason every single one of them was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process and start to finish. I will forever go back due to their service.

I went into this lowes on 441 Mt Dora, an employee started using a blower to clear all the isles from dust in the garden area. I told him to please stop until I completed my shopping for a hose and a hose reel as I was breathing in all the dust he was lifting into the air. With the worst attitude, the kid with glasses, an earing, long black hair who did not give me his name and did not have a name tag, told me he was not going to stop because he only followed directions from his manager and was not going to lose his job because I did not want him to blow the isles from dust as he was instructed to do. I went to customer service and they spoke to a manager named Chad. Chad completely ignored the complaint and went on strolling the isles inside the store and never addressed the situation. I

Lowe’s has some of the most predatory and exploitative practices of any company I have ever purchased from. I spent just over $3000 on a LG front load washer and dryer set on November 28th. It was delivered December 15th. Today February 1st the washer flooded my entire laundry room. When I inspected the machine the rubber gasket was torn apart, causing the water to leak out. There was nothing in there that could have cut or tear it. Lowe’s will do nothing to help other than giving me the number to the manufacturer to have it “ repaired”. I purchased the appliances on my Lowe’s card and even purchased extra warranty to safeguard myself from situations just like this. They refuse to take the appliances back or refund my money.
