Lowe's Home Improvement

Josh from the appliance department was not only extremely helpfulbut he took things to the next level by being professional, eager to help, and quickly moving to find everything we needed for our new freezer in our new home, which we have been excited to use Lowe’s Home Improvement, conveniently, for our home improvements. During this exciting time in our first brand new home, Josh made the experience even more enjoyable with his extensive knowledge and research. It is clear that he enjoys what he does, taking his work beyond just having a job, making it a purpose driven career. Thanks Josh! You take Lowes to the next level. We will be back… a lot! Take our money 😄

First time in this Lowe's. We have a vacation place nearby and needed to pick up some things for an unplanned to project. We walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon. There was an employee near the door who answered our questions immediately. Then we used one of those automated requests for help because what we needed was behind a locked cabinet. The same employee came to help. He was very professional and answered our questions. We picked up a few other things and proceeded to check out. Most checkouts were self-service but there was an employee standing right there that helped us with the gift card we were buying. I was really happy with how easy it was to get assistance at this store.

I was scanning a barcode for an Instacart delivery and I had a Hispanic guy ‘maaming’ me to death about if I needed help. I also had to buy 14 bags of soil, while I was halfway into stacking the bags, a guy with a manbun on a forklift told one of the other Lowes workers he needed to help me, the worker comes up to me and asks if I needed help, confused I ask him what I would need help with because I was loading them already while we were speaking, they both proceed to act as if I couldn’t lift bags not even 10lbs. Very disappointed with the disrespect at this location. I’ve been to plenty of Lowe’s to pickup multiple bags over 50lbs and have never once been treated like this.

I needed to return a curtain rod support. The card I used for payment had been changed and I didn't have the receipt with me and although clearly there product and it being unopened. They would not allow me to return it for store credit. I understand policies re: refunds but to leave me with a product I can't use seems to be not customer friendly. Be careful.

I would like to say thank you again to Ms Ann who helped us load up our purchases(a new Blackstone and a ladder). I had a hurt knee and she didn’t hesitate to help. She’s a sweet and funny lady.
