NEVER will I have anything installed by Lowes! Ordered exterior doors back at the beginning of July, had installers come out the beginning of August to find out the measurements of my doors were incorrect. Lowes had to reorder my door because they went by the SALESMAN's measurements, instead of the contractor. So fast forward to the beginning of NOVEMBER, new door came in, and I have an appointment to get the doors installed. Received a text from the installer that Lowes didn't have all of my supplies and they were scrambling around the store trying to find it. Now, mind you, a few days prior, I received a call from a Lowes associate to come pick up my materials. Hello, my name is George so I come to Lowe’s all the time here in Newport News, Virginia and it always seems that every staff is extremely helpful but the other day I was in here getting a bunch of supplies for a plumbing job that I’m putting in my new house. I couldn’t find a bunch of the fittings cause they were all mixed up or up top and I needed more 20 feet three-quarter inch blue. Pex so Carlos, who had been helping me since he seen I couldn’t figure out where everything was at went and found me not only every single fitting that I needed, but he found me in the back the three-quarter inch. Lowes is one of my fave places since becoming a homeowner. Theyre so nice and helpful and their online customer support team is amazing. I also love how they allow dogs and everyone os happy to see them.

Just called in for assistance finding my lost order for the third time in 3 weeks, but was again put on hold for over 30 minutes without even a greeting. I can't imagine a worse way to treat your customers. Apparently the only way to get someone's attention here is to go in person and raise hell in front of the whole store.

Don't place orders for pickup here. They are always so slow. Associates just standing around, and nobody steps in to hand you your order. We don't care about free water and candy.
