Today I had really good experience with my father at this location. Andrea was very helpful to guide us across power washers and trimmers. There were amazing deals that we were not able to resist. I was so happy that I was able to get value deals plus buying gifts for my father.

I came into Lowe’s at 7:50 and Jim in the tools department helped me like I was his first customer of the day. He really put effort into helping me to the absolute best of his ability. Unfortunately the tools I wanted weren’t in stock but then Jim told me where I could find them. Both online and another store. Looks like I’m now heading to Carmel sometime in the near future. If anyone is looking for tools, go to Jim. JIM IS GREAT!!!!

We have worked with Carl on a number of occasions, including the selection of a new washer and dryer earlier in the year as well as a more recent selection of an oven/microwave combination and refrigerator. Because we had had such a great experience with the washer/dryer purchase, we purposely sought out Carl when we unexpectedly replaced the most recent appliances. His knowledge, professionalism, pleasantness and advice has been balanced, and we feel in our best interest based upon Carl listening to our preferences, as well as working within our budget. My go-to for most lawn and garden needs but the lumber department needs attention. Missing shelf tags on sheet plywood, sanded plywood that has a lot of missing material within the layers, and hardwood trim products that do not match the shelf tags. For now, I'll be using your nearby big box store competitor for my lumber needs.

This review is for Lowe's installation services set up through this store. I felt compelled to write this review as we have used this Lowe's store for previous jobs and had good experiences but since the installation service has been moved out of the local store, I can no longer recommend using Lowes. Just get your own quotes and leave Lowe's out if it. We contracted with Lowe's to have a couple sections of fence (120 linear feet total) replaced and the installer they subtracted with was incompetent and the Lowe's Installation Team was no help at all. After 2 months wasted, the Installer not understanding the project plan causing a denied permit, and Lowe's completely failing to address concerns, I cancelled the contract.
