One man made my recent trip to Lowes remarkable. I went in looking for smart plugs for wireless lighting control... and got an education with many recommendations. Took me a week to sort out what I wanted after I reviewed my notes from speaking with him. I forgot his name, but the experience was exceptional. He said he worked 30 years in smart electronics. Good man.

Best place to get a Christmas tree. Loved the hot chocolate and excellent service from the team while tree shopping. Nice touch.☕ We came to Lowe's and skipped the cold tree lots. Chandler was exceptional. He helped us pick the tree, trimmed it and even gave us a package of hand warmers because it was so cold. Lowes is our new Christmas tree place. The price and tree quality was better than many of the tree lots. We got a great tree. Thanks 👍👍

One of your customer service reps his name Sean but he says he is new there and I can’t tell. He is doing an incredible job and extremely helpful. I will be returning for sure. Can’t overstate enough how nice of a young man he was.

I want to thank Michelle in the appliance section for helping me today with the purchase of what at first was just my gas stove but I came back later to get a microwave too. She was patient, very helpful and just AWESOME. She helped pull out a stove so I could check the plug on it to make sure I had my electrical changed over correctly before the new stove came. She went the extra mile, thank you Michelle.

Great Selection, But Hard to Find Help Lowe’s has a huge variety of items — everything from plumbing parts to lumber and home improvement supplies. The downside is that it’s tough to find anyone available to help when you need it. If you’re good at finding things on your own and know what you’re looking for, you’ll probably love it. But if you need assistance or guidance, it can be frustrating.
