Lowe's Home Improvement

The name fits- Lowe’s Home Improvement. We moved to our present home in the Grand Strand area in 2017. We landscaped our back yard area with products from Lowe’s to give us an aesthetic view when relaxing on the back porch. We are extremely happy with the quality and variety of the landscaping products. Lowe’s seems to have a wider variety than Home Depot. Hope you creatively proceed with your own project at your home.

Lowes North Myrtle Beach is 5 mins from our home. We came to buy a frig & washer & dryer for new home on 10/11/25 Ladies working in appliance dept said frig we wanted not in stock & didn't bother to check when it would be iin, nor did they offer to help with washer/dryer purchase. We called Lowes in Myrtle Beach & Shelua Stricklland was very helpful. Ordered the frig we wanted & helped with order of washer & dryer. Shelia spent a lot of time with us & folliwed up later on order. Worth the 30 min drive! We cannot offer enough praise for Shelia.

Lowes and other national stores have become hard to shop in due to the lack of employee knowledge/availability while shopping the stores. Gentleman named "Duck" in the pro department did a great job helping me receive the pavers that I ordered from two other stores and never received. This fella deserves a nice lil bonus for his hard work and persistence in helping to solve my dilemma.

This is my home away from home. Most Lowes are all about the same. Only problem that I have is they have very limited staff. So if you need somebody, you have to look hard to find an employee. Went in there looking for a small leaf blower to use at my campsite was able to find a cobalt one on sale along with the battery and charger was able to get it for less cost than most other ones. Very friendly lady at checkout was able to help me through checking out. And opened up additional self checkout lanes when the line got too long.

Long time Lowes customer. Only one other time in 20 plus years have I had a problem. I ordered a curbside pick up of 2 50 pound bags of sand. I ordered it for curbside very specifically because I have permanent back injuries and can't lift it. Checked in that i was there through the app. Something was odd with the app because it did not ask me which spot I was in but I got a response that said Thank you for your patience. Karen will be out with your merchandise. After 20 minutes of waiting I was just about to call Lowes to find out what was going on. Lowes called me. Karen wanted to know where I was because I checked in stating I had arrived. I stated I'm in my spot waiting for someone to come out. She said no you ordered pick up and need to come in and get it.
