On the day of the delivery, Friday December 19th, it was raining profusely. I refused to drop off due to the rain, but the driver delivered the products regardless. The product was already damaged but I trapped it up anyways. I then went to Lowe’s to tell the staff what happened and Dawn Marie was the supervisor that day. The first thing she mentioned and I quote was “why are you coming in to tell us now?” As if customers don’t have a work/life schedule of their own. I was told by DawnMarie that the order would be sent out again and would be delivered on Monday December. December 22 and that also I would be getting a call from her about an update if it would be delivered on Sunday, December 21 or Monday, December 22. The real winner at this location is the employees. Upon walking in, the service desk employee smiled and said hello. Made my way to the paint department where Mr David offered to help me find what I was looking for - he was the best! The store is clean and organized and I do appreciate having the app to help me find things around the store without wandering aimlessly around. Someone should let them know that it’s ONLY July 🤣 Why are they pulling out Halloween decor already? I think they are trying to pull a Hobby Lobby on us. **What a surprise, still waiting to hear about my refund a week later. After the last update, I immediately got an email from the local staff with updated documents (which I didn't open or sign) then a call that my fence would be delivered on Saturday. The installers then called and said they'd be at my house before 9am on Monday to install the fence...Guess what? Saturday came and went and no fence was delivered! My home is only a few minutes away, and I have spent countless hours and a very large amount of money here.
