bought a work bench and cabinet for my anniversary present to my husband. After confirming with human twice the, delivery was a nightmare, but not the problem. Both pieces were damaged. Called and complained and was advised new pieces would be sent out. We got the delivery and STILL RECEIVED a damaged product. For over an hour I sat trying to get someone to answer the phone. I have now wasted over $1000 simply trying to get 2 pieces that are undamaged. This is the twilight zone. Customer Service is trash too, unhelpful. The left hand can't tell what the right hand is doing

I recently built a new house in silver springs Florida and made several large purchases from the Lowe’s on Silver Springs blvd in Ocala. This location is grossly understaffed , knowing this, I look up on the Lowe’s app the locations of every item I need before I arrive at the store. The few times I needed assistance I found it almost impossible to find an employee to help even after asking a customer service associate to have an employee meet me in the aisle I needed help in. After waiting for 15 minutes or more I just left without that item. Today I needed keys made. I went directly to the customer service counter and asked them to page an employee to meet me at the key area. After 15 minutes and several Lowe’s employees walking by without even making eye contact with me I finally shout

Ordered online and was shorted a product under promotion. Reached out over the phone and once past A.I. I was put on hold indefinitely. I went to the store to see if product that was shorted due to out of stock could be replaced with another item part of the promotion (a $220 value item 3/8 DeWalt impact) a 20v battery substantially less in value. I spoke with customer service and went to tools where Darrell agreed I had been shorted. I stopped by customer service with battery in hand to be told I would need to pay half price by Adam as the way the promotion was designed. I asked if the whole order could be returned and re ran but only way was with all products which I did not have with me. I did have online receipt proof of purchase. Santa and the Christmas section is phenomenal and so great to see. My daughter was trying to climb the soil to get to him and he was so friendly and charming and funny. Becky, nice lady checked me out and she was very accommodating and truly helpful and I like the employees at the store. I am grateful for the play on Santa cuz he surely looks like a nice skinny Santa lol

I had a question about a trailer, I wanted to purchase (over $4000). Online chat couldn’t answer it, told me to call the store. When I called the store, I had a conversation with AI. It could only tell me, what I had read in the description. AI finally transfers me to a store associate (which is all I wanted in the first place). Spent a total of 38 minutes on the phone. Most of it on hold. I never spoke with anyone, except the associate that asked me to hold. I finally hung up. I was so disgusted, I was motivated to write this review. Which, I almost never do. Maybe someone who read this can answer my questions? I think when you are going to spend that much money, you deserve to ask a few questions.
