Lowe's Home Improvement

I'm completing a little remodel on my kitchen and I purchased new appliances. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase them all from Lowe's, at least not initially. I bought my oven and dishwasher from Lowe's and I bought my fridge and under sink water filter kit from Home Depot. Long story short, Lowe's sent me email and text updates and my appliances arrived next day; Home Depot failed to deliver. No updates, no notifications, just a fridge and water filter that I was still waiting for 8 days after purchase. After doing the back-and-forth with Home Depots "customer service" operation in Bangladesh, I got my money refunded and ended up buying the fridge from Lowe's and the water filter from Amazon. I got the exact same items Home Depot failed to deliver, I got them next-day and the kicker is I go

My wife and I stopped in Lowe's for a few minutes in the garden department and picked up some very lovely flowers for our front yard.

Great service, I came into buy an aluminum fence post and they allowed me to bring the panel in to make sure it fit!!!

Outstanding customer service and available products at competitive pricing. Recently our trip to lowes was way above expectations. Gio in the door department was the most helpful employee we have ever help us at any lowes. Very respectful young man and went above and beyond. The manager on duty Chris, was super understanding of an unexpected issue we had and he handled the issue far surpassing any expectations. We will travel to this lowes just because of the superior customer service and staff. Thank you Lowes.

Great experience and they did a great job selling me my new range. He should be commended as every other employee I encountered that day didn't even greet me after standing in the area where the ranges are for 10 to 15 minutes. He walked in not even on the clock yet and could tell that I had been standing there for a while. It immediately came up to me, showed me the three ranges I was interested in and I made the purchase. The range the cord delivery all the way and 5 years warranty. He's the total package
