Amanda was incredible to help with many recommendations and assisting with multiple sales at the end of the summer relating to outside in the garden/plant area, inside the store with other purchases and even assisting with the blue rhino gas tank swap when no one was around to unlock the tanks. She definitely went above and beyond regarding customer service and was always a pleasure to deal with in every aspect of my trip to Lowes. Recommended 110% - Great Job!

Called the Orangeburg NY location and someone picked up the phone and put it on hold. Did not say anything or tell me to wait a minute nothing so rude. As a professional business you should have basic customer service experience. They need a do over in orientation 🤦‍♂️.

She is the sales specialist that will help you to get what you need at the best prices and is extremely friendly. This store is clean and all employees are friendly and are wiling to help or guide you (if needed) to the proper location with no attitude.

This is a pretty good Lowe's. You can return things easily, it smells *wonderful*, and it has everything a DIY'er would need. Great plants/garden center too. My scotch bonnet plant I got here back in the late spring is huge now and grown using materials that were all from this Lowe's. Looking forward to having my bung burst into flames after finally eating them.
