Lowe's Home Improvement

I moved to Oshkosh this past July and have relied on this Lowe’s for fixing up my new home. I didn’t have a Menards back where I lived , but I had a Lowe’s, so it’s a company I’ve shopped with before and am already familiar with. The difference here compared to back home is the employees actually care and want to help you. I’m a west coast guy so storm doors, snow blowers , and basements were all new to me. When I needed help sometimes multiple visits a day or week ,there was always a friendly associate there to help. One person who has been there a lot is Ed. He sold me on two storm doors this year and I plan on coming back for a third later this year. Another thing I like about this location was the events! I brought my family during Halloween time and there was so much to do for the kid

The person who helped us with carpet…hands downs phenomenal guy! I wish I could remember his name but he had a lot of badges on his vest. He was Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. When we went to check out though it was somewhat busy and our form had to be checked out by a person, not self checkout which we learned too late. One team member asked the girl (Eden) to get on the register and help. Eden refused to get on until she found her propel drink. She walked around yelling “has anyone seen my propel, I don’t know where it is. I need my propel”. Once she found it she didn’t even try to log in and went to a different register to talk with someone. This is extremely embarrassing as there were multiple customers waiting. She may need some reeducation on customer satisfaction.

I was very happy with my visit! Beccka att the register was so nice. There was a newer young man working in paint for one week he did a excellent job helping me find what l needed. All the help greeted with a hello and everyone was so helpful. My only suggestion is to get a section for dogs and cats. Thank you 5 stars Lowe's!!!!

Im in here usually about 3-4 times a week. Have never had a bad experience. All the associates are helpful and knowledgeable. I love how they have certain things in multiple places depending on the project you're working on. If you need window caulk you can find it in the window section but you can also find it down the aisle that has all the other caulk. The organization is exceptional. Shout out to the Store Manager John for always bring present and helpful. Oshkosh Lowes is my go to for all my project needs!

I purchased a snowblower attachment for my s series John Deere that i had purchased from lowes in the first place. The snowblower was missing a piece to finish putting it together which took 3 hours to do. my options are to take it apart and return it for another one, which would take over a week. Or to call a hotline where your on hold for over an hour. Lowes in no way would help get the part, reimburse me partially, or offer a credit to the store for my time spent chasing this part down. once they got my 2500.00 for the set up it was a good old screw you we have your money you're on your own. how does a company this big not have there own John Deere rep to help with these issues.
